Although this is a studio appartment it is well layed out with ample wardrobe space and comfortable lounge area .there is everything you need including information package . This appartment is ideally positioned to trams ,restaurants , bike/walking paths along the bay. We would stay there again .

This accomodation was well suited to our needs in respect of location and provided a level of independence we would not have had if we had stayed in a hotel. The unit was relatively noise free from road traffic. Our neighbours were equally thoughtful throughout our stay and there was very little noise that would caus disturbance. We enjoyed the easy access to the local amenities in terms of the park situated across the road and the short walk to the main St Kilda beach area. Accessing trams was very convenient for travel to the city and to Ackland Street in the heart of St Kilda. The 112 Tram stops within meters of the accomodation and this tram will bring you directly to the South Melbourne area, which we really enjoyed. The accomodation itself was clean and fully equiped with everything needed for a self contained holiday - the only negative observation would be that perhaps the bathroom and kitchen areas would benefit from a freshening up. All in all we were satisfied with this accomodation and would stay there again. We were especially satisfied with the service and attention given to us from the staff of St.Kildastayz

Super easy to get into the CBD from here, easy access to the shopping and eating of St Kilda. The room was fine for 2 people - very comfy bed. Able to cook simple meals - not really a big enough kitchen for more then that - but who needs it in Melbourne?! Not a super high spec place - but we weren't expecting that so as my husband says this place "does what it says on the tin". The staff were really helpful and welcoming and really easy to deal with - which is a big plus in my book.
Apartment had everything we needed. Was quiet and got some beautiful sun for most of the day.
Total Professionalism right from initial contact. Everything promised was delivered. Property well situated for visiting city or taking in delights and sights of St Kilda

A good location and not too far to St Kilda Beach tram. Close to beach and coffee shops and milk bar across the way. Found everything we needed was provided and were grateful to be on the quiet side of the building.

A hassle free stay in a comfortable apartment with a very comfortable bed.Nice to come back to after a busy day. For the price, you get a lot, with fully self contained apartment with a heat pump, and access to a laundry. Thoughtful extras include an iron and ironing board, a map book of the city (v. helpful), and two sets of keys. Very handy to trams, the beach, which is a lovely option to have, and a convenience store just across the road. Also, communication with staff is promptly answered. We would come back again.

Short walk to city tram service, St Kilda Beach, supermarket and nice restaurants. Very useful coin laundry in complex. Clean apartment with lovely little sunny balcony in well-kept, secure complex. Lovely service from the girls - very welcoming! Will certainly stay again.

Superb location for our 10 day stay. All the comforts of home with tram stop 50m away and seaside across the road. Because we were away most times No. 26, a rear unit gave privacy and protection from busy Beaconsfield Rd noises. Would thoroughly recommend this accommodation. We will return in the future. Very efficient administrative service.

Lovely apartment with such a great location. We stayed there for 1 week and really enjoyed that everything you needed was just a short walking distance from the apartment, and venturing into the city was no problem with just a tram stop right round the corner. The apartment was perfect for what we needed for the short and being beach front was an added bonus on those "lazy" days. Definately would recommend this place to others.
Both apartments were well located and very comfortable. Above all, the welcome and practical help from the Stays folk were outstanding. I will not look anywhere else when next in Melbourne.

Our little flat on Beaconsfield was the best of all the units we rented in our month tour of Victoria. We arrived after a 9 hr train journey to find a cute, clean, comfortable studio equipped with all mod cons including extras you'd normally only find in a much bigger family apartment. Our balcony unfortunately did not give onto the ocean but it was quiet and peaceful and we enjoyed supper and breakfast alfresco without being disturbed or overlooked. But clearly Beaconsfield's biggest asset is its people. The people that run the business. Friendly yet professional and ready in a jiffy with advice and help, the St Kilda Stays guys really look after their clients. It makes all the difference. We are hoping to return in a couple of years and if we're lucky we'll rent a sea-view studio back on Beaconsfield.
Enjoyed our stay in the studio unit. It was a block away from the Tram 112 on Park and Tram 96 on Fitzroy so acess to the city was very easy. It was a short walk to Albert Park for the F-1 race we were attending. Numerous restaurants and convenience stores made shopping easy. The bed was comfortable and the wireless worked well. We would recommend it.

This was our second stay with St Kilda Stays and I would say they're as friendly as expected. Their service and communication right up to our stay was impeccable. The apartment was tidy, well appointed and top value for money. Well worth it.
The people at St Kilda Stays are so nice, always so responsive and helpful, I'd stay at their accommodation any time, this is my second time and I will stay there again.

Lovely quiet little 'pad' to come back to after a hard day of being a tourist! Fresh and clean with everything you need, close to the seafront, easy access to trams and a lovely walk to Acland St and all the action - with the best bakeries and cafes close by.

I found the apartment very comfortable and clean. It had everything that was required for an enjoyable stay. The location is unbeatable for proximity to beach, transport, shops and restaurants. Great little cafe close by and a deli just over the road for all those things you forgot.

This apartment was ideal for what we wanted for our stay. Small but with everything you need. Very clean and tidy. Anna and Tina are very helpful.
I had a very comfortable stay in this unit. Very close to shops, trams, beach - everything you would need for a short break. The kitchenette is small but very well equipped - ideal to prepare basic meals. I would highly recommend this unit
