What a gorgeous little hideaway in the best location in St Kilda. We loved our stay here and spent many evenings sitting on the balcony taking in the sea air. It was a perfect location strolling along the Esplanade, Acland and Fitzroy Streets. Dinner at Lau's Family Kitchen was a highlight and I woykd recommend anyone staying here to book in to Aurora Spa for some lovely relaxation. Will recommend St Kilda Stayz to all our friends who visit Melbourne.

It is amazing how cosy and well-designed this Studio apartment is. Despite its small size, it has all the facilities that you want: balcony, heater/aircon, kitchen cabinet with branded dinnerware (Corelle, Salt & Pepper) and stainless steel pots & pans, detergents/pail, comfy leather sofa, TV/DVD with even books. Last but not least, they have a very comfortable bed which supports my backache and even my pet loves to sleep and rest all day.

Great place to stay! The owner was very polite and understanding. Stores and restaurants are all right down the street. We really had nothing to complain about.
The apartment was very cosy and.compact with everything there that was needed for self catering. A small balcony with table and chairs was ideal for smoker,s or just to sit out on nice evenings. it was very private, nothing overlooked the room, which was ideal., it was peaceful, in a lovely street and so, so, close to transport and the hustle and bustle of Fitzroy Street. Thanks so much Anna, had a very enjoyable time and would not hesitate to come back again and to recommend it to everyone.

I required accommodation for 1 night and contacted Anna 2 days prior, she was of great help and provided excellent communication during the process. The room was small yet inviting as the space had been designed well to not feel crammed. The best was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in! There was a minor issue with the smoke alarm beeping, but Anna went above and beyond to fix the problem. Location is fantastic also! Highly recommended!

Good quality for the price. Safe, quiet and close to the beach and the other St. Kilda attractions.

My boyfriend and I spent a very pleasant holiday in this studio. Great location, comfortable layout, provided with everything you need to feel just like at home. We loved the fact that it had a balcony and it was very luminous. Tina and Anna were extremely helpful and kind, so our stay was even more comfortable!
Very cozy and well contained flat. Fantastic location! Confy bed and nice balcony.

The apartment was very clean, well equipped and the team were always very polite and helpful. 5/5 St Kilda is a great place to stay and the apartments are a stone's throw from a tram station that will take you straight into town.

We were lookin for an apartment on a budget, and this place fitteld the bill. looking at photos we were a little concerned about the size, but need not have worried at all! The space in the room is so well planned you never feel cramped. the kitchen is well stocked and enables you to cook almost anything and all utensils are included. We stayed for 28 days, which if a reasonable amount of time, and never, never felt claustrophobic. Considering this place costs the same as a bed in a dorm hostel (for 2) its an absolute steal. Did i mention its v modern look too, and a very comfy bed!
