Lovely character apartment. spacious, well equipped, clean, with plenty of natural light and a nice outlook from all the rooms. The location is fantastic, near the beach and everything St Kilda has to offer, yet quiet and peaceful. The park across the road is a plus, attracting different birds that keep singing for you, including the colourful parakeets. I loved it.

This apartment was an ideal location for our family to enjoy what St Kilda offers. It is in an amazingly quiet area considering it is only five minutes walk to Luna Park, trams, and all the lovely restaurants. The staff of St Kilda Stays were extremely friendly and efficient during the entire booking process, on arrival and they returned our deposit immediately. Thanks so much for enabling us to have a great holiday.

Anna and Tina really made our move to Australia a very easy one and were always available to cater for our needs (even with calls later on Easter Sunday). The apartment is simple and small but catered perfectly for our needs. The Tram was close and an easy trip into town. I would certainly recommend both the unit and St Kilda Stays to anyone who needs a short term stay close to all the amenities and the beach!
My family & I stayed a week in the Spenser St apartment in October 2015. We were so impressed with everything - Tina & Anna were so accommodating and easy to deal with. The apartment itself was excellent and had everything we needed - including dishwasher & washer/dryer. One thing we didn't expect was how incredibly comfortable the beds were! Everything we needed was in close walking distance which made it very convenient when travelling with children. We have recommended the apartment to all of our family/friends and will definitely come back if we travel to Melbourne again.
Stayed for 8 days, nice and handy to shops, cafes and supermarkets. Trams just around the corner and close to the beach. Very nice and value for money.
The location is ideal, very close to the beach, facing a park, and near to the St Kilda town where we can just walk to buy provisions. It is also about 6 km or about 20 minutes from the city. Dealing with Anna and Tina has also been very easy, whereby we don't have to worry so much about arriving and checking out, or extending our stay in our case. Thanks so much for the hospitality, we may want to come again next year.

this place was the best location for us- across the road from a park and playground, very close to all the shops & cafes, trams etc. it had all the amenities you need to make your stay comfortable. there was plenty of room for our 18 month old daughter to play, including a decent sized bath. would definitely consider staying there again.
We have recently returned to the UK from our 2 week stay at Spenser 2. The apartment was perfect for all our needs, close to a park for my 2 daughters, very close to public transport & resturants down Acland & Fitzroy Streets. The apartment itself is spacious & decorated tastefully throughout. The ladies at St Kilda Stays have been very helpful right from when we first booked the apartment through to our entire stay. I would recommend the apartment & St Kilda Stays to all my family & friends!

Great location for those wanting a sweet treat - I now have a daughter addicted to french vanilla slices. The location was handy to where we wanted to go (MSAC) and the accomodation was everything that was required. We will definitely come to Melbourne and use your services again.

We found this to be a pleasant, bright apartment with lots of natural light. It's well located close to the beach, shops and transport. Our family of 4 (including 2 children aged 10 & 8) had a wonderful stay here this winter. The location was perfect: short walk to the beach in one direction and Acland Street in the other, opposite a playground and Peanut Farm. The unit was not huge but well decorated and very comfortable. We loved the morning winter sunlight in the eat-in kitchen and the view over the chimneys of the neighbouring buildings. Will definitely stay there again. Thanks to Anna and Tina for their amazing service.

This apartment would have to be one of the best value accomodation units in Melbourne, it is very well appointed, comfortable and well positioned in a quiet area that is close to a great variety of cafe's and shops. It is also very close to the great public transport this city has and to a realy nice beach area (all within walking distance) with an impresive board-walk and open areas to sit and relax with a good book. We would certainly recommend this site to anyone looking for a good value site to base your Melbourne visit from, it may not be the newest or flashest but it is ideal for 2-4 people on a budget and it is extremely comfortable and quiet. Great location, bright sunny unit. Outlook over the park. Close to all amenities but in a quiet, leafy street that meant peaceful atmosphere. Clean and well kept, a tiny santuary.

Myself and 3 friends stayed in this apartment for a week. It was a lovely setting, in a peaceful neighbourhood but right near the beach and Acland Street. The apartment itself was superb, the extra mirror area was a godsend when 3 girls had to get ready for a night out! Next time I'm in Melbourne I'll book with St Kilda Stays.

Coming home to "Melbourne" after being away for 37 years was an anbelievable experience. Our "home away from home" in St.Kilda, Spenser St. 10/57 made leaving very hardgoing. We loved every minute of our stay. The location (central, beach, public transport) and unit exceeded our expectations. Everything, from booking (done from Austria) to welcome worked smoothly. Tina and Anna were very supportive in our finding the right location for our needs. My husband and I are sometimes homesick for "our" St. Kilda "home away from home". I hope we'll be back some day.

we had a wonderful reception from s gorgeous redhead called Anna. The apartment is beautifully decorated and well equipped having a view over a quiet park and surrounding heritage rooftops. The location is sensational, a short walk to The Palais, Acland St, St Kilda Botanic Gardens, the St Kilda Beach front, Luna Park and best of all the closest restaurant is my favourite Melbourne restaurant - Donovan's!

It was quite by accident that we came across your website when we were looking for accomodation when planning our relocation to Melbourne.It was the best "accident" that could have happened to us.The accomodation in Spenser St was "home away from home'.We stayed in a two bedroom and a one bedroom unit for more than two weeks.They were clean,upmarket and all that we could have wished for.We were close to the beach,public transport and shops.Our family felt comfortable and happy in both of the apartments.
