A lovely studio apartment, very spacious and well furnished. We had a very comfortable 2 weeks' stay. We especially liked sitting on the enclosed balcony with the view of Luna Park, the Veggie Garden and the beach. Communication with Anna and Tina was excellent. We will definitely stay here again.

Another wonderful vacation in St. Kilda . This is our second year renting from St Kilda Stays and we can't praise Anna, Tina and their staff enough. This year we stayed on Chaucer Street in a small apartment which had a marvellous winter garden allowing us another private room. We appreciated this clean, well equipped studio which was in the heart of St. Kilda. Being a few steps from the tram , super market and the wonderful Acland Street made this two month stay a truly wonderful experience.

Standing at the balcony of this apartment is a captivating view of the Luna Park, a community nursery where the locals grow vegetables, flowers, plants and even cocks and birds. Not only that, you can also see the white birds flying in front of you every morning and evening at your eye-level and an edge view of the forever blue St Kilda beach; when comes to evening, the beautiful sun sets in front of you which makes a stunning view. Even my pet always like to sit in front of the windows to look at the nursery and the downstairs neighbours balcony. This apartment comes with full facilities: kitchenette with dishwasher, oven, new technology microwave, bread toaster, washing machine and dryer etc. Tina was very quick in responding to me early in the morning when I suddenly wanted to check-out of my lousy hotel in the city to St Kilda Stayz. Within hours, she gave me this room when her in-house guests asked for a late check-out on that same morning. My previous 35 nights of stay at her Acland Rd Beach House and this recent 11 nights of stay in Chaucer St makes me no doubt to come back to them again. Thanks Tina.

Loved the accommodation. Sitting on the verandah with the view was amazing. Compact apartment but it had everything. Handy to the shops and restaurants and to the tram. Would definitely recommend it. The staff were so helpful as well.

This is our second(third?) year returning to St Kilda Stays apartment. We loved our apartment in Chaucer Street where everything was in walking distance. The simple yet functional kitchenette allowed us to have home cooked meals in the lovely enclosed balcony overlooking the beach in the distance. But if you wanted to splurge a bit, there are MANY restaurants and cafes that you can try. How could you say no to delicious coffees and yummy pastries? The supermarket is literally 2 minute walk from the building if you wanted to cook something for yourself. If you want to venture out to city, it's only a tram ride - 2 minute walk to the tram stop. Tina and Anna have been super helpful and we look forward to returning next year.

This apartment is fantastic. Clean, close to everything and exactly what is shown in the photo. The winter garden balcony is a lovely place to sit and watch the world go by. This was not the first time I'd used St Kilda Stays and I was as impressed as always by the friendly and professional service. I would confidently recommend both this apartment and this company to anyone.

The studio apartment is well furnished & has a great balcony that can be either open or closed, providing a wonderful sanctuary from the hustle & bustle of St Kilda but well located with fantastic views, close to nearby park, easy access to public transport and neatly located to cafes & restaurants. The apartment is nicely located in the heart of St Kilda, just opposite the Lunar Park. Since the Lunar Park has only very limited operational times, the area is most of the time very quiet. Due to the winter garden and the white furniture, is apartment is well-lit. All is very new and very clean. The communication with the hirer by e-mail and phone is extremely fast and friendly. Already one hour after check-out, the deposit was transferred back to my credit card. I can strongly recommend both the apartment as well as St Kilda Stays!

Perfect location in heart of St Kilda with great views over the rollercoaster at Luna Park. And yet so quiet at night. Such a modern apartment and furnishings too - made it difficult to return home!!

Best studio rental. Great location., bright and plenty of space .The winter balcony has a great views of the sea and Luna Park. Beautiful sunset while you sit and relax in the afternoon. Can be quite noisy at times but once you had closed the balcony door, it was fine .For us thats add the holiday excitement. Very very nice host , they are friendly , accommodating and very helpful. Look forward staying with you on my next trip to St kilda . Thank you for having us.
