Anna and Tina are lovely ladies. They have an extremely polite and friendly manner and offer a highly professional service. Upon arrival we were welcomed and given all the information we needed. Any enquiries or issues we had throughout our stay were dealt with it immediately and to a high standard. Both ladies were always approachable and willing to go out of their way to help. The flat was very satisfactory and offered absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We had fresh towels, clean bed linen, plates, cutlery, a washing machine and dryer, a dishwasher, aircon, an iron, a fridge and a microwave. The space was very clean and modern. Despite being a studio apartment, it offered generous amounts of storage space. Specifically, there were 2 very large clothes cupboards with shelves, with additional storage space both in the kitchen and bathroom. We also enjoyed having the outdoor space on the balcony. The flat’s location is excellent! Woolworths supermarket is next door and the beach only a couple of minutes walk away. You have numerous options for food, bars, coffee, cake etc at your doorstep with Acland street literally round the corner. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend the flat and agency to anyone looking to rent in St Kilda.

Once again an excellent stay! Tina, Anna, & Sara are very good in their job! We have stayed in their various units many times in the past 9 nine years and always very good results. What makes them special from the rest is their personalities-friendly, helpful and accommodating. The units have always been clean and as advertised. Keep up the great work!

Perfect compact apartment, has everything you could possibly need for a short or long stay. St Kilda is a great place to stay. The apartment has a lovely sunrise view from the balcony and is an easy walk to the breakwater to view the fairy penguins. Very quiet at night and very safe, The hosts are very accommodating,

Chaucer 2 was great for our stay for 2 people. Compact, neat & nicely furnished. Location is ideal if you want to be in the heart of St Kilda. Acland St is adjacent & so are all the wonderful eating places. Abbey Road is a must do, either morning, noon or til late. The beach is a a 5 min walk from here & the St Kilda Stays girls are always friendly & helpful.Thanks again Anna & Sarah.

Everything was perfect for our stay. It was easy to arrange and Anna was lovely. The studio was clean, modern and secure with everything we needed for 3 weeks. Conveniently, we could park in the basement. There was a supermarket next door and it was right next to Acland Street, 5 minutes walk from the beach. The tram to town took about 20 minutes. Thank you Anna!
Great place, clean and tidy with everything provided and more, no problems with this place and we stayed an extra night too as the location was perfect.

This accommodation was excellent. Compact, but very clean, secure and extremely comfortable. Location was unbeatable, between Acland St and the beach, with supermarket just next door and cafe downstairs. Also quiet for when you want to stay in, with a good sized east facing balcony. St Kilda Stays staff were very helpful and efficient.

The Chaucer Street Studio was perfect for my needs, small,cosy but perfectly formed! Handy to everything..a great Greek Restaurant virtually on the doorstep, limitless choice of Acland St. cake & coffee shops & easy access to trams. All up a great neighbourhood to explore & everything you need in an apartment. The staff were a great help & ever so friendly & accommodating from the outset. Will definitely recommend highly to my friends!
